My Top 3 Primers

Over the last year my make up collection has grown ridiculous amounts (lets blame the amount of free time I have at university) and one thing I've noticed to grow the most is my primers. Once upon a time I never used primers, oh how naive I was, but today it is a staple in my make up routine. Since I have a fair few primers I thought I'd share my top 3 primers currently in my stash.

Benefit Porefessional
I used to use this but could never get it to work well on my skin, it wouldn't apply evenly it would make my make up look patchy and in the end I just gave up on it. However, I felt like I was in a rut with my make up and decided to try this out again and I don't know why but this just works amazingly. I still don't know what to make of the silicone feeling of this product, I'm not completely sold on the feeling but the product itself is amazing, it just blurs my imperfections and acts as the perfect base for my make up.

Max Factor
I have currently two back ups of this in my collection, just in case I ever run out! I love this, it blends effortlessly into the skin, it prolongs my make up (like a primer should) and just feels like an extra level of skin, I can't feel it on my skin which is something I love in a make up product. If you haven't tried this out its a game changer especially if you haven't really tried many primers out.

Rimmel
I have tried a few different primers over the years by Rimmel but I always end up coming back to this one. I love the light texture and feeling of this on my skin. It gives such a nice look to the skin and also a good base for my foundation. I like how cheap this is as well, so when I use it up I don't mind repurchasing it again and again.

I like mixing up my make up routine quite a lot but despite changing quite a lot I always reach for one of these three primers. I'm thinking of doing a few more 'Top Three' posts as I find them really interesting to write, if you have any ideas of what posts you would like to see under this please leave a comment on this post!
